Soper (or Sopers as it is known to its legion of loyal customers) stocks an unbeatable range of fresh fish and seafood.
Its large open-plan shop boasts vibrant displays of fresh wet fish on crushed ice plus dedicated sections of live shellfish, cooked shellfish and kiln roasted and smoked products.
Much of the locally caught fish from Cornwall, Devon and Norfolk is bought direct from day boats before it even reaches the quayside ensuring optimum quality and freshness.
Fish from further afield is selected with sustainability in mind. All Tuna, Marlin and Swordfish are line-caught.
Sopers prides itself on its friendly service, happy to provide customers with cooking tips, storage advice and, of course, all the preparation skills of filleting, cleaning and skinning.
